ZeusZeus is the god of the sky and is also the king of the gods. His sacred animal is the eagle and his tree is the oak. He is a son of Cronus along with Hera, his wife, Poseidon, Hades, Hestia and Demeter. His weapon is the thunderbolt which he throws at people who displease him. He overthrew Cronus, the ruler of the titans with his brothers. He made draws with his brothers for parts of the world. Zeus is known to punish those who lie and break promises. Zeus is equivalent to the roman god Jupiter and sometimes Jove. He is the father of Athena, Artemis, Apollo, Ares, Hermes, Hebe, Eris, Persephone, Muses, Dionysus, Epaphus, Minos, Rhadamanthus and many others.
